European Space Ventures AG (ESV) was formed and legally registered in June 2025.
The original formation capital was provided exclusively by founder and CEO, Simon Drake.
Partner Round: December 2025
A current Partner Round has been completed. Subscribers were limited to ESV management.
Capital raising rounds Series A and Series B are planned for 2026, including:
Series A: Family, Friends and Frankfurt (FFF) Round
This capital raising is limited to ESV’s network, including Family, Friends and professional and institutions in Frankfurt (where ESV is based).
Series B: European Space Explorers (ESE) Round
Pending management decisions this capital raising is planned for high-net-worth individuals and financial institutions in Europe.
